Institutional Allocators
Family offices, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, and private credit desks allocating to physical AI infrastructure. Partners who need segregated custody, independent audit, and direct title, not synthetic exposure to someone else’s data center portfolio.
Sovereign and Government Partners
Ministries, national AI programs, and government bodies building domestic compute capability. Partners who require data residency, export-control-clean supply chains, and infrastructure that answers to their mandate, not a hyperscaler’s pricing desk.

Application Review
Every request is reviewed against the partner criteria above. Response within five business days. No automated filters. A person reads every submission.
Introductory Call
A short call to understand the mandate, timeline, and fit. Not a sales call. A qualification conversation. Thirty minutes.
Phase One Materials
Qualified partners receive the Phase One study: structure and economics, operating model, AI-native operations note, and leadership overview. The document that moves before capital does.
Network Introduction
Partners confirmed for the network receive introductions to the relevant allocators, operators, or sovereign partners within it. The room that matters. Not a mailing list.
