Ten years ago, we made a bet most business leaders missed. The AI systems the large technology companies were building would eventually make much of their own technical workforce redundant. Not through failure. Through success.
The best of them would not wait to find out. They left first, on their own terms, with the technology they had built still in their hands, and used it to start what did not exist yet. Thousands of new companies. Entire sectors built by the people who understood the technology’s actual capability before the market did.

We did not wait for them to find us.
We built the relationships ourselves, with people from Stanford, Harvard, MIT, Caltech, and the technical ranks of the Mag 7 and FAANG companies. We put them on our podcast. We put them on stage at our events. We put them in private rooms with the people actually setting the direction of AI globally: rooms most of the industry never gets to see.
In the UK and Europe, the same principle runs through a different set of institutions: Oxford, Imperial and Cambridge. We are not building an alumni network. We are looking for the people who will build the next company that matters.
