• Title and Custody: Hardware title sits in the client controlled SPV, with physical custody at the manufacturer or hosting partner, never with Raion.

• Independent Administrator: Maintains the SPV records and strikes valuations under third-party oversight.

• Independent Auditor: Verifies all valuations and financial records.

• Board Oversight: The client controlled SPV board sits above Raion's operating role to ensure alignment and discipline.

Security & Asset Protection

Capital never touches operating hands, by design rather than by assurance. Security belongs to the same envelope: encrypted infrastructure, access control, and data protection are first-class due-diligence items. Oversight is a continuous, automated process with human sign-off.
